OnTime Expedite Carriers ("OnTime," "OTEC," "we," "us," or "our") is a South Florida–based expedite transportation company operating a fleet of independent owner-operators. OnTime Expedite Carriers is a registered DBA of Jodiel Delivery, LLC.

We run our operation using the OTEC Carriers mobile application, which is developed for us and operated on the Nautilus™ platform by Stingray Expedite, LLC ("Stingray"), our technology provider. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the OTEC Carriers app and our operation.

Important disclosure

As the company that operates our business, OnTime controls the information collected through the OTEC Carriers app for our operation and workforce. Stingray, as the developer of the OTEC Carriers app and the operator of the Nautilus™ platform that serves as its backend, has access to and processes that information through the platform — including identity, contact, business, financial, precise location (GPS), photos and documents, communications, and device and usage data — in order to build, deliver, operate, support, and secure the software on our behalf. Details are in Section 2.

Roles (who controls the data). For information processed within the OTEC Carriers app and our Nautilus™ environment, OnTime is the party responsible for that information for our operation, and Stingray processes and has access to it, through the Nautilus™ platform, as the developer and platform operator that delivers and supports the software. Stingray publishes its own privacy policy covering its role as developer and platform operator.

By using the OTEC Carriers app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. The app is intended for adults (18+) using it in a business capacity (our owner-operators and staff), and is not directed to children (see Section 11).


1. Scope

This Policy applies to users of the OTEC Carriers app and to information processed in our Nautilus™ environment for our operation. It also covers information you submit to us through our website at ontimeexpedite.com (for example, a job/owner-operator application or a contact message). It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or Stingray's separately published privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

To deliver the features we use to run our operation, the OTEC Carriers app and the Nautilus™ platform collect and process the following, which Stingray, as developer and platform operator, accesses to run and support the software:

  • Identity and contact information: names, emails, phone numbers, preferred language, city/state/ZIP, and roles.
  • Business information: company name, LLC name, EIN, company address, and account type.
  • Financial information: bank name, bank account number, routing number, and W-9 status, used only to process owner-operator settlements through our payment/factoring provider.
  • Precise location (GPS): collected from a user's device while using the app, with the user's status set to "Active" — "while in use" (foreground) only; the app does not collect location in the background when it is closed — to provide real-time ("live") tracking and load coordination on our operations map (see Section 4).
  • Vehicle and compliance information and documents: vehicle details and photos; certificates of insurance, driver's licenses, MVRs, registrations, work-authorization documents, and, where applicable, medical cards, with issue/expiration dates.
  • Photos and files: proof-of-delivery photos, cargo securement photos, bills of lading, and uploaded compliance documents.
  • Communications: in-app messages, with sender, timestamps, and delivery status.
  • Device and usage data: device identifiers, app version, log data, and diagnostics.

Through our website, when you submit an application or contact form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, contact information, and any message. The specific data processed in the app depends on which features are enabled for a given role.

3. How information is used

We use information to:

  • operate, coordinate, and monitor our fleet — including dispatch, real-time tracking, and delivery confirmation;
  • manage owner-operator onboarding, HR, and compliance (credential and expiration tracking);
  • process owner-operator settlements and payments through our payment/factoring provider;
  • maintain an auditable operational record;
  • review applications and respond to inquiries submitted through our website; and
  • comply with legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, and safety obligations.

4. Location information (GPS)

The OTEC Carriers app collects your device's precise GPS location while you are using the app, with your status set to "Active," to show your real-time ("live") position to authorized OnTime staff on our operations map. The app uses "while in use" (foreground) location only — it does not collect your location in the background when the app is closed. You control this: setting your status to inactive, or turning off the location permission in your device settings, stops collection. We do not use location data for advertising.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We share information only as needed:

  • Stingray Expedite (developer and platform operator). Stingray accesses and processes the information through the Nautilus™ platform to build, deliver, operate, support, and secure the OTEC Carriers app on our behalf.
  • Payment/factoring providers. Banking and settlement details are shared only with the provider that processes our owner-operator settlements.
  • Brokers and shippers (limited). When our operation coordinates a load, limited load-related information (such as status updates and estimated arrival times) may be shared with that load's broker or shipper. We do not share banking information or personal identity documents with brokers or shippers.
  • Service providers (subprocessors). Trusted providers that host and operate the platform and app — for example, cloud database and file storage, mapping and geocoding, authentication, email, application infrastructure, and payment/factoring — process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OnTime, our workforce, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Third-party service providers

Our app and platform rely on trusted service providers, including: cloud database and file storage; mapping and geocoding services; authentication services; application infrastructure; and payment/factoring services. Each provider's handling of data is governed by its own terms and privacy practices in addition to our agreements with them.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to run our operation and maintain our account on the platform. Afterward, we retain information only as needed to meet legal, tax, insurance, and safety obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing emails. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. Where a request concerns information processed on the Nautilus™ platform, we will coordinate with Stingray as our platform operator to fulfill it.

9. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting our HR team at info@ontimeexpedite.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Upon a verified request, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except information we are legally required to retain (see Section 7). We will confirm when your request is complete.

10. Data security

We rely on the Nautilus™ platform's administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based access that limits data to authorized users, activity logging, automated tracking of compliance documents and expirations, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The OTEC Carriers app is intended for adults (18+) in a business capacity. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

12. Geographic scope & contact

The OTEC Carriers app is operated within the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, post notice within the OTEC Carriers app or on our website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
